Making pancakes can be a time-consuming process, so I decided to search Pinterest for an easy pancake recipe. I stumbled across sheet pan pancakes, it’s kind of tricky to say, but once you see how it’s done you may change your current pancake strategy.

My 10-year-old Kaian, loves pancakes, and has been asking me to make them for a while. I decided to surprise him today with this easy pancake recipe.

Sheet pan pancakes looked like a good way to make enough pancakes for the whole family without constantly flipping and keeping them warm until ready to serve, so I gave them a try.

Keep scrolling to see how I put this easy pancake recipe together.

Which Ingredients Are Needed?

The ingredients list is pretty simple, I was able to locate everything at my local Kroger store. You can use whatever you like for the add-ins such as chocolate chips, blueberries, bananas, nuts, etc.

The first ingredient is pancake mix, I chose to go with Bisquick and used the Ultimate Pancake recipe from the back of the box. This recipe includes sugar, baking powder, oil, and vanilla extract. I had the extra items on hand so I decided to be extra.

How to Make Sheet Pan Pancakes

After getting the pancake batter well mixed, I simply poured it on a sheet pan and added the toppings. This one was half blueberry half chocolate chip.

I realized I no longer have my big baking sheet, so I used a round cake pan to make a banana chocolate chip version. These two were placed in the oven on 425 degrees to bake for 15 minutes.

This is how they look right out of the oven.

The first taste test had to be done by Kaian himself since he has been requesting pancakes for so long.

He’s taking in all the flavor before he gives his honest review. Wait for it…..

and it’s good! Kaian approved Sheet Pan Pancakes so this breakfast item will be added to our menu.

The pancakes were paired with a side of bacon and eggs with a drizzle of pancake syrup.

*Insider info, the display plate always belongs to Hubs because he’s the king of the house and receives the most robust plates.
